no not really less than a tenner of materials

£90 for a plywood box mine cost me £15 for enough ply to make 2 and about an hour in the shed

you could buy a kit form

or go wickes etc they will cut you material to size all you have to do is glue and screw !

shame your not closer

Get your self down to some where that sells board and ask for some cover sheets will cost you a 5er , borrow a skill saw, a straight edge some clamps glue and screw and a set of hinges and lock from poundland.

Or find a machine shop and they will have little crate type pallets from deliveries of tooling. Again a 5er drink
