Get your self down to some where that sells board and ask for some cover sheets will cost you a 5er , borrow a skill saw, a straight edge some clamps glue and screw and a set of hinges and lock from poundland.
Or find a machine shop and they will have little crate type pallets from deliveries of tooling. Again a 5er drink
