Unhappy Anyone had problems with Pellpax service..?

    Hi all
I'm still waiting for a small order I placed with Pellpax over a week ago.
I can't seem to get a response on email and on the couple of occasions I've had to phone them, today, they've been engaged.
Is anyone else experiencing problems with them..?
This is the first time I'm ordering from them so I'm not sure what the service is like historically...

Will keep trying the phone though!!!

    Pete.

    Update..
I have now got through and it seems that there is a problem with obtaining supplies from BSA.
I have to say that I did find the staff very helpful so I will consider placing another order in the future.

I mentioned to them that one tin had been "slightly" dinted in transit, a couple of days later i had a free tin posted to me with a not saying they were reviewing their packaging.

    Good service !

I've no experience of their mail order service, but I fortunately live in the area and have found them to be very helpful and fair when I've bought from the shop. If you're ever in Cromer, take a look at the largest range of pellets that you've ever seen - not to mention lots of other stuff @ very reasonable prices.

    Unhappy

    Cheers guys.
Bullcelt, you're right it's BSA that seem to be the problem for some reason.
When I spoke to the guy at Pellpax earlier today he said he's considering dropping BSA as a supplier due to all the problems hes had thus letting his customers down-seems to be an ongoing thing.Afterall he understandably has a business to run.

Wonder whats going on down at BSA then..?
