    Feinwerkbau 800

FWB will be releasing variants of their top 10mtr target rifle action.

First off will be a 800 Universal with a wooden stock.

An Aluminium stocked version will be available with less adjustment than the current model & more akin to the 700 series stocks.

A FIELD TARGET version will be launched probably around June.

I wonder if this will be their response to the Walther Anatomic stock?

Can't wait to see it - sounds really interesting - especially if they make it as nice as the Anatomic.

Bob, the Universal is like the 600 series/P70 stocks & nothing like the Walther Anatomic,

OK I understand - more like the existing 700 series options then.

I was hoping the new announcement would see them making a posh laminated anatomical stock to rival the Walther LG300 and LG400 Anatomical (and Senior), but Feinwerkbau will have done their market research and perhaps feel this market is not big enough to warrant the investment.

I've plays with, but not shot, the fab 800 Alu version. I do like it, but wonder whether its worth getting in a wood stock? Is the trigger really better than the 700?
