tips on business plan, shooting club

Hi,

I've got the basics of my business plan sorted for a shooting club. But, does anyone have any tips on what to add to my proposal. I don't know if i need to add anything in for grants for buildings/equipment?
My plan, at the moment covers buying the land and what it will be used for?

You might want to do a Swat analysis?
Strengths
Weaknesses
Opportunities
Threats

Details of pricing, positioning and promotion if other clubs in the area you are 'competing' with.

Forecasting profit and loss for next 5 years (more if its a major development you are paying for).

Its been 20 years since I did a marketing plan

I've got the SWOT analysis, half finished. Forgot to mention that.

I've an idea of those other things, I'll look into them more.
