    Hi guys

Anyone have a copy of this? Looking for a centre spread prize Northern Arms 77.... If anyone has it, could they scan it?

    Hello Bruce,

I have that copy of the 1987 Airgun World annual with the Custom "Golden Chance " HW77 from Northern Arms prize in it. Did cost more than 500 pounds in those days !

But the problem is that I do'n't know how to get that scan

Will see if I can solve that problem.

    Cheers,

    Hans

    Thanks Hans!

Even a photo of it will do... Just trying to identify a rifle that I'm purchasing. Mach1.5 said he also has a copy and would have a look.

I'll email you a photo of said rifle!

    Thanks for your help

Many thanks mate! Received. It's not the same gun unfortunately, though I didn't think it would be. But the pictures given me more info on the Northern Arms Gold Seara than I had, so thank you, a great help!

    Much appreciated
    Cheers

    Yes I.J.

It is: Goldplaited back block, trigger guard & screws, Custom Grade 1 Tyrolean Walnut stock, ebony capped pistol grip and forend and nickel underlever all for 255 Pound Sterling ( the one which could be won, even had a golden Eagle inlaid in the stock, a gold plaited underlever and a gold / silver inlaid scope block ) It was based on the HW 77, a HW80 Gold could be had for 245 Pound Sterling,

There was also a Silver and Hunter model available.

That's interesting, this one doesn't have the Tyrolean but has the same stock minus the scroll and grouse as the one in the prize draw. Have you any pictures/ads of the one in the Tyrolean with ebony capping? I've seen a picture of that stock before and wondered where it came from!
