    Inconsistant loading depth for Scenars.

I have been running some measurements to ascertain the seating depth for a 6.5 and come up with an odd issue.
For most of my rifles, I hit a dead stop when using a Stony point gauge. With the 6.5 I seem to get far more of a "progressive" stop. With Scenars (123) I get two very distinct stops. One is shorter than in should be at 2.678 and the other seems to be correct according to the fellow 6.5x47 shooters at 2.788.
Scratching my head a bit at the moment.

    reloading

We've just gone back to shooting 300 mt with 6mm BR's, I was intending to reload but have changed my mind due to the complexities of reloading large quantities very accuratly, and realised that reloading is a sport in itself. When I was considering, I got some great knowledgable advice from the American www.AccurateShooter.com website.
    good shooting
