New to shooting, how do you find a friendly landowner?

Hi, New to shooting and I would very much try to turn my hand to hunting 'vermin' but I am very conscious that going onto land without permission is a serious offence. But is there any info out there about how to find a friendly landowner who would be happy to let folks shoot on the land.

I would perhaps like to suggest mo chara you visit the local gunshop . Perhaps they know of local farmers who buy their shotgun supplies therein . Or if you are near a Club then put a poster up in the club area requesting help in contacting someone .
