SARC in South Wales

Nelson Air Rifle club have offered to host a fun shoot run according to UKSARC rules .

I am wondering how many folk would be interested in attending a shoot ?

If we can get some committment numbers wise , we'll go ahead and organise a shoot .

Please indicate if you would be interested in coming along .

If you are unfamiliar with the UK SARC rules , its a target sport , where you use standard huning / sporting rifles , and shoot at targets representative of quarry , at realistic ranges.

Pretty much any shooting position is allowed .

No using bipods , but you can use handy trees / logs etc if they are set up in the shooting area.

If you sit to shoot , you can not use a cushion .

You may not adjust yourr scope during the competition , set it up before and leave it alone for the entire competition .

If you have a target rifle , you are welcome to shoot , we run a target rifle class.

All safety rules common to all Airgun sports are enforced .

Treetops Air Rifle Club in Newport are very strong in SARC competition & also run regular shoots .
