Used the gun today actually. Still shooting smooth, sweet and accurate.
Always gets plenty of attention from the collectors in the know. The others think it is some kind of fancy Airsporter
I put a new spring in after that, can't remember what now. Any way it was a bit on the harsh side so I cut off a couple of coils and that smoothed it out. Seem to think it was just short of 10 ft lbs when it was tested
I tried a number of different springs in it, the stronger ones didn't make it any more powerful, the just made me scared to cock it as I thought they might be putting too much stress on the linkages. Silly really since it is quite an over-engineered rifle.
Chambers says that a HW77 spring will fit, perhaps it was that with alot of coils cut off that I put in. Just under 10 is good for a Falke, I don't think they are that efficient but from the factory I think they did about 8 or something.
