Another great day in the wood, tried to rain slightly but at least it was warm. A great course with luckily less bluebells to contend with now, for another year!

Thanks for a very warm welcome and even warmer send off by way of the electric fence. I now know why the horses soon learn to stay away from those things but putting the metal marque poles down on the floor while on the shoulder meant that belt went straight through my neck as well as chest and arms. wow what a way to wake up for the run back to London. Its going to save me a fortune in Red Bull.
