    Who me?

    Yes, I did.

Really don't want to upset people who can take everything away from with without turning a hair.

Any Remington is a nice shooter. I used to have the Hege version - many moons ago - and sold it for £300 more than I paid for it. That solid top frame is THE clincher for repeatable accuracy - that's why the Ruger Old Army is such a great pistol.

    whats your next blackpowder gun

I have just found a very nice .451 Euroarms Enfield 1853 volunteer for a very small fraction of the price new,and I mean small.
So just waiting for my variation to come back, happy days.

I heard of someone who bought a shot barrelled flint blunderbuss, c1790, toasted a fast left right crossing clay with his second ever shot then realised he couldn't crow about it because the barrel was only 12" from muzzle to point of ignition.
