    Thinking about a cattleman.! I like the shorter barrels and prices seem ok so thats the direction im looking
    at once iv sorted my .22 comp pistol addition. Tim

    Yes, I did.

    Really don't want to upset people who can take everything away from with without turning a hair.

    Any Remington is a nice shooter. I used to have the Hege version - many moons ago - and sold it for £300 more than I paid for it. That solid top frame is THE clincher for repeatable accuracy - that's why the Ruger Old Army is such a great pistol.
