    Question Hard Rifle Case

Where's the best place to buy one of these? Would like one for sending the rifle in the post for servicing etc. Anyone know of any good deals about at the moment?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Cheers Mate

    You just saved me £30

Think it'll have to be the Gun guard DLX single case from Optics warehouse at £60 odd

Most other places were selling at near £90!

I found that most commercial gun cases are much longer than is necessary for most airguns. For my FT rig I ended up with the Gun Guard XLT. Sportsman of Devon have had them on special recently at £55 including P+P.
It was as cheap as anywhere.

    Wotcha,

Pellpax sell a Flambeau hard case for about £25!
    http://www.pellpax.co.uk/acatalog/Ri...es___Bags.html

I have one and it does exactly as it says, also the inner foam is treated with an anti-rust agent too.

    Hi mate,

dont think you can go too wrong with the Gunguard delux, have got the double one myself (though wont fit two scoped rifles in) takes the stealth (brocken down) and a TX no problem at all.

The one down side is mine wont fit in the boot of the car! and no its not a metro its a renault laguna and before that was a cavalier and still didnt fit in!!!!)

but for the price they are really decent cases mine has had a few dings and scrapes and kids jumping on it and not once have any of my rifles lost zero after a bang

I usually get the number from their huge advert in the Gun Mart but I managed to lift it from on here somewhere. Sorry if it's not right

Last time I was in America the Outdoor World store in Orlando was selling cases like this for $5, yep just five dollars.
Apparently "Zombie Apocalypse" isn't a good reason to acquire.
