Where is the best place on the net to get the rules of both disciplines of our sport now that it has been split? Been away a very long time and i have returned and am lost with the differences, was just ft when i gave up .dont like to keep asking club members over and over .cheers TD

for hft ukahft have their own site with all the rules there. as for ft , who cares?
