RMTC Open Pairs Bell Target Match every 3rd Thursday of the month.

Following the fun we had last month with our first pairs bell target match we will be having one on the 3rd Thursday of every month at RMTC in the main hall at Longholme Methodist Church.

Doors open at 7pm and we start shooting as soon as we get everyone booked-in and we will be finished by 10pm.

The Church is easy to find on the end of the M66 motorway in Rawtenstall, and it is immediately behind the last Temperence Bar in the UK - and dead opposite ASDA who have a very large car park and are open 24 hours.

For those with a satnav the postal code is BB4 6QS - but we are very easy to find without one

The match will take place no matter how many or how few turn up so if you come and you are a rifle or bell target shooter over 18 and sober you can enter and shoot.

We can provide the rifle if required - and some months we may just use the same rifle for everyone - just for a laugh and to keep it fun!

We will also be having a "novelty" bell target pairs match this coming Thursday 11th July for anyone who would like to come along and have some fun.

Names will be put into a hat or coins tossed to determine the pairs and we may even shoot the match with a mystery target rifle - those that are there can decide

The match will be shot on a self illuminated RedRob RMTC hooded bell target to the East Lancs rules.

If we have an odd number of shooters then somebody will shoot twice in two different teams - so everyone will get to shoot.
