Smile Cambridge HFT results July 28th 2013

A beautiful bright breezy morning greeted us today for the “Cambs rules” course. Nothing over 45yards but a fair few of slightly smaller size than you’d usually encounter.
Our thanks to those who ventured out, including a few newbies whom I hope will return and haven’t been scarred for life.

As ever there’s a few standalone scores; congrats to Jeff on a stonking 53 and Simon with 49 in .22.

Special thanks to Chris for his stalwart work in the catering van today.

Absolutely superb day and great fun. Must keep reminding myself to give it just a little extra to avoid pinging on the edge of the kill. Pity you don't get 1.5 for 'getting close'. Never mind though, there's always next time.
Thanks to Chris for all his efforts in the food wagon; what a star, and to the course setters for yet another challenging experience.
    Cheers, Phil

    thanks for your hospitality

Thanks for a warm welcoming reception guys, its a shame that your kill zones weren't as welcoming for my 7.9s in that wind. I have to ask though Mrs H whether you are in the process of buying a flash abode as I am not sure where the Des Rex came from.

I did come to try and get a bit more experience with shooting in the wind and definitely got what I came for. And it was nice to experiment with my new scope to get a confidence boost. Oh and thanks Chris for some great comfort food.
Does anyone know how to contact doughnuts Anonymous cos I just cant seem to give them up and may be a 0 addict
