Sussex Interclub HFT 2013 Round 7 - RESULTS

Hi All

Well done Cap’n Cutthroat and his crew - a great course with some very challenging target placements unless, of course, your name was Sam or Eric, or Rudy, or etc., etc.. Superb effort on the part of all Gold badge winners.

However, for most of us more ‘normal’ souls I reckon that today’s wind would have been more welcome if we’d moved the event a few miles south ….. and competed on board sailing vessels! On the plus side, it helped to chill what would otherwise have been a 3^rd SIHFT round on the trot in almost unbearable heat. Not at all a typical British Summer

As promised when posting the results for Round 6, as we have reached the point in the SIHFT 2013 series where those of you who have shot in all 7 rounds to date will begin to drop your lowest score in an effort to build something worthy of the top places in the Individual Trophy results, I will shortly arrange for some form of readable league table to be posted on our (SIHFT) web site. Keep looking there, but I will post briefly here (BBS) to announce the launch.

Thanks to everyone who helped in setting, running and packing away today and of course everyone who turned up. That went rather well I thought, with only a couple of stops right at the start.

I had a very poor score, but I don't care - I HAD CHIPSThank you Rudy, and dang well done on your 55, amazing stuff.

Also superb shooting by Sam, Eric, Bob and Si, in fact anyone over 50 as far as I could tell.

I told you that stander was scarey - I donutted it
