    Daystate/Venom

Just called in Target Sports to get a couple of bottles filled.
They have a Venomac PCP for sale, second hand.
One of 25 made and the only one with a Hydrographics dipped stock in what looked like "Hardwoods".
I understand that Daystate supplied 25 actions to Venom.
Venom then put their own barrel, silencer and I think a few tweaks to the action on.
Got to be one for the collector.

I don't know if it is the same rifle as the one I have,Its marked venomac on the block and as got a black stock and its .20 calibre.
I phoned venom and was told it was called the venom phantom.
My s/n is hs 7186 and you can find it on the daystate data base,
    HS mk111 25 march 1997.

    regards tony.

Well according to venom they are a beech stock, IIRC there were 50 made all in .20 calibre, they are a fantastic rifle to shoot one of my favorites.

too late chaps, its mine. ive traded my air ranger for it. its the original #1 air ranger off the line and its got 2 spare stocks with it. a laminated oil finished stock and a black abs george scott one off thumb up stock. its .177 cal and its been in the cabinet for a few months since i bought my mk3 sport.
the shame is that i reach for the mk3 everytime im going out because its lighter than the air ranger.
so its a tough descision to make which off my babies go and its got to be the air ranger im afraid.

    Raygun / Sniper22.

Have a word with my partner in crime, DaveL on the forum.
He has had a Phantom for some time now, its a Venomised version of the Huntsman and we used it for the stripdown article a few years ago.
