Yes, parts are available and it is worth fixing if you are inclined to.They sell from 50 quid in poor condition to well over 100 pounds if boxed with all accessories and in good condition.

Hi did you sell your scorpion Thanks
I would love to buy one of these as my first project gun....
Hi, just finished my scorpion with the same problem.
Get a TR Robb adjustable piston head and H/D
breech washer, (about £20 ish all in) a lot of rubbing down with 1200
Grit wet and dry, smear every thing in silicone grease
Reassemble. My pistol now cocks easily with no cocking sleeve
Shoots with less noise and recoil as well. It's a win win for me.
And many thanks to TR Robb a great service provided.
This forum has inspired me to dig out and repair my old BSA scorpion mk2.
With other threads and posts from ggggr and Troubledshooter it was easy to identify that the buffer washer had siezed.
This was an easy fix but on stripdown I also noticed that my safety catch spring had also broken, so a new spring was ordered and replaced.
Pistol now cocks smoothley but the trigger doesnt fire without a little nudge on the hammer sear !!
If I press the trigger without the plastic grip covering the pistol, I can see that the hammer springs forward very slightly but a little touch with a screwdriver and the hammer springs down as it should. I removed the barrell again so i could investigate further but the trigger mechinism works perfectly when removed from the barrell. Something is causing the issue when the trigger assy is reattached to the barrell. Please see link to my video of the trigger operation working when removed from the barrell.
Video Here
I have now replaced the hammer spring but the hammer sear still only moves slightly when trigger assy is fitted back barrell. It onlt takes the slightest of touches with a screwdriver for the hammer to springforward as it should with no resistance felt when assisted with the screwdriver.
Im so close yet so far away from resolving this and hope that one of our more experianced members has saw this before and can guide me to success.
I am about to order a replacement main sear spring but thought I would hold off for advice before placing my order.
