B&Q £19.99 Workmate type.. I covered the top with some thin foam backed imitation leather.. the put some split foam pipe insulation around the edges.. adjustable and very stable..

These are the benches we use in national and international competitions. They're portable and can be stored in a cupboard or in the back of your car.
Can be dismantled in 5 minutes!
