Valuation help please: Titan mpt .22

Hi there long storey short I bought this for my nephew to join me shooting rats he's now not interested the seller was adamant it was a fn12 but I thought it was a Titan, with abit of help & a bit of research I'm almost certain it's a Titan MPT which iv been told are now pretty collectible.
I have it in the swaps section at the minute but so far with little interest so was thinking of putting it in the sales section after the weekend so any guidance on a price to ask would be greatly appreciated.
The gun has no leaks & shoots spot on.

I sold one a few years ago, Good condition £300 posted,, It was a.22 multishot,
As a matter of intrest, I have an " Average " Condition Fn 19 in .177, It does have a period good quality scope, I would value at £225 ?
