I brought a Lee Load-All 2 press (was £19.95 back then but I think they're still inexpensive) it came as standard to load 12gauge.
Cost each. Geeze 
, at a rough guess, 25/30 pence each. The only extras I need are the powder and primers because I've 'collected' all the lead and hulls/cases I will probably ever need.
