    Rochford agc 24th nov results

    A little taste of winter today, out came the hand warmers, big coats and waterproofs and lots of layers. A good day and a good turnout too.

    A very BIG THANK YOU to all that stayed to help pack away -- David Cook, John Munns, Robert Watson, Chris Watson, Mike Watson, Andy Jones, John Richardson, Steve Turner, Annie Bailey, Wayne Bailey, Rex Bennett, Harry Kalaydjian and Dave Spary. Many hands make light work and it all got packed away sooo quickly so thank you to you all! Hopefully I haven't forgotten anyone!

    Fantastic day as always and nice cold but dry day.

    Great food as always and the jacket spud with the curry really warmed my Cockells up.

    Nice new targets too and the brown and red colour coordination was tricky to see especially with my doggy eyes

    Mr Cook your scores with the big Cals are phenomenal and do you have a .30 cal

    Glad to be of use - it can't be much fun clearing away when it gets dark so early. I was very surprised to get a better score with the .22 HW77/Tasco combo than the .177 job with Leupold on top! I do have a .30 HW80. Might be worth getting some modern ammo and seeing what it does. See you next shoot. Not long to Christmas now so I treated myself to an HW45 after the shoot (.22 of course).
