    Modern Brocock.

A friend who knows I am into shooting has asked me about his air pistol and what it might be worth.
He has inherited a Brocock AIMX Cal .22 PCP air pistol with Gamo RD32/22 scope (red dot type).
    As reviewed here: http://www.airarmsownersclub.com/vie...hp?f=13&t=9652
It has a filling adapter and silencer (?) with it but is not in a box.
The pistol is in excellent condition with hardly a mark on the wood or metal.
They seem to be about £250 to £280 new.
Anyone any idea what this is worth, second hand?

Not really a collectors gun, you might be better off asking in general section.

Generally you could say up to 2/3 of original price, but does depend very much on condition. Add on silencer and sight might be worth a bit if good quality.

Regards demand for this gun, the .22 is going to be less popular than a .177" with most pistol shooters. The calibre debate all but disappears with pistols as very few people use them for anything other than targets. They are however a popular gun when priced correctly.

Has it been chronographed recently? and ensure no leaks.

Thanks for the help, that is good enough for the moment. I'll tell him that £150 to £175 is a reasonable price.
