Generally with the shims, if there is no visible damage, then they're okay.
However, as you have it apart already, why not splash out just a few more quid on some new ones, just for that extra peace of mind?
Moly grease / paste on the jaws, breech block face and thin smear on both sides of each shim, correctly tension the hinge bolt, and all should be fine.
It might also be worth removing the barrel detent plunger whilst it's apart. Clean out the hole, lightly polish the detent, degrease the spring. Then a little moly grease on re-assembly.
