A cool £350 start, that just blows me away
Possibly one for the Webley accessory collector who has everything on Internet Auction Item No 231107439314

I agree, should come in useful when the bids heat up !
I remember a similar item sold for £190 hammer (around £230 with commission) at the Wallis & Wallis Webley sale in 2006.

I bet it wobbles like mad!

I'm another Webley fan.

In British slang an anorak is a person who has a very strong interest in niche subjects.
lts a lot of money for something you can't shoot.
Now at £410 (4 bids) with a couple of days to go.
I wouldn't have thought it would be a breeze to sell at this price, but somebody is obviously ready to blow that sort of money to win it.

If Webley oil cans now have a value of £250+, then I would have thought a Webley fan which is far rarer, more substantial, beautifully made, still has a useful function etc must have a greater value still, so £500 + would not surprise me. And the fact that it is documented in THAT book; well, just gives it further kudos all round.....!
That looks like an awefully thin flex (2 core?) - hope all that nice metal is earthed
Oh I see, Webley fan!
Could not make link work.
Well its not s**t thats hitting that fan, its loads of money.
