I've also thought about this but cannot justify the price so am sticking with the drill and blow torch method unless someone comes up with a link to a reasonably priced machine.

The only two worth considering are the Giraud and the Benchsource, both I'm afraid are made in the USA, and I don't think Giraud will post outside of the US.

Unless a second hand Benchsource comes up for sale then you have several options, do them in a drill or pay someone to do them for you. Of course there's a third option and that is to make one yourself or pay someone to make something simple.
Sorry but I just don't think there's a big enough market in the Uk for someone to start making them commercially.

    Annealing

I tried to buy and ship the Giraud to the uk but federal laws will not allow the sale of automated reloading machines to outside the USA .
I did buy the bench source and had it shipped over without any problems I am very happy with it .its a very well made machine that's easy to set up and use .
There is a chap that makes the auto powder trickle who does make a machine but as one offs he contacted me after I did a similar post
it and um covers most problems in life

I am not an engineer and most parts came from the bay

    Steve, awesome job.

I already have a Benchsource but if you ever decided to make a few of these I would be interested, price dependent of course

Steve, if that is your machine hats off to you. Its the best design Ive seen and Im getting the bits together to make one.
What is the push pull solenoid you have used? I got one but it was a little limp wristed!
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy!

    Hi Furrybean

The push solenoid in a central locking solenoid from maplins I think it was less than a tenner I used the linkage rod that came with it and a small spring to return,as it was a little random with it's stop position.
The ferrel in the case I passed the rod through is a alluminium pot rivet if I recall a 5mm x 20mm of the type that does not leave the broken steel centre pin in.
    Hope this is of help
