    Eotech replica's on air pistols?

    Hello all,

Has anyone got any experience of the cheap eotech 551/552/553 replicas? Purely for plinking fun on a HW45 (I know a weaver adapter would be needed)..... On the bay of e for under £30... but also for a lot more as well!

Are they viable for as a red dot/holo sight, or are they purely airsoft tartery?

    Cheers,

    Tim

I have a couple of the cheaper ones on pistols and they work good enough for tin cans etc, just don't expect miracles.

Far too many guns to mention here. Lets just say more then the wife knows about but still less then I would like

The eotech replicas are quite wide, typicaly 2-3 times the width of a hw45.

I don't think they would be much cop, and they are heavy. I have both (the Eotech clone can usually be found on my sons Nerf gun) but I robbed it back for a few minutes..

Have a look at the photos below, but IMHO you would be better with a hawke rd25, which fits perfectly.

And that only normally happens AFTER I've fired a shot!
