    Hi Bruce

    Some more numbers for you

    Wehrauch HW 35 leather seal --------------- transfer port = 4mm ID X 26mm ---- Cylinder = 30mm ID X 65mm stroke

    Weihrauch HW35 synthetic seal ------------- transfer port = 2.8mm ID X 26mm -- Cylinder = 30mm ID X 65mm stroke

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
These are not carved in stone

    Weihrauch HW35 synthetic conversion kit ---- transfer port = 4mm ID X 26mm ---- Cylinder = 30mm X 62mm stroke

    Weihrauch HW35LGV ------------------------ transfer port = 4mm ID X 6mm ----- Cylinder = 25mm X 71mm stroke

    All the best Mick

Many thanks Mick! Great to have your modded 35 in there too

Finally worked out how to add tables in HTML so will do the sums for SCR ASAP.

Have amended the threads title so we can include AA, LGV etc.... If we can get this going it'll be a cracking point of reference.

If anyone thinks of another column, let me know now as its a PITA to add later

One I'm very interested in is the 99s!

    Also the LGV, TX etc...

    Nice idea,
as well as standard figures listed for each model, do people on here have "optimized" figures for say 11.3ftlb running sweetly that could be added along side or is there no such thing as optimum!!!!!

    Atb,Woody.

Thanks bud. Not sure if there's an optimum for a set power..... Hopefullyone of the guys who understand this more will post

just about to add SCR values.

Ok, added SCR's for the rifles listed so far......

Can someone check my figures? I'm getting confused! (Have made a spread sheet up so its all automated....)

Looking at the SCR for say the early 77 and the 80, the 80 should shoot nicer than the 77 Or at least it's closer to the preferred 300:1-500:1

I'm guessing Piston weight must be playing a major factor here!

Hi Bruce, its probably worth adding a swept volume column to save calculator punching

The SCR is difficult as the target value depends on port length as the gas flow through the port is restricted more by a longer port, it's an indicator of when it will slam or bounce.

    Cheers

Please tell me what SCR means in your Bore/Stroke/Swept Volume/TPDxL calculations.

    Hi Brian

SCR is the Static Compression Ratio of a springer action, this is the swept volume of the cylinder divided by the volume of the transfer port, normally expressed as XXX/1.

    All the best Mick
