Surrey guns describe it as in "great condition", from the photos it looks "good" at best IMO.
Metal finish shows a fair amount of wear on the shroud, rusting evident on the blueing, the stock has lost much of its finish, the buttpad is missing its spacer and doesn't fit the stock correctly, the trigger guard (plastic) looks a little chewed up and there appears to be a scratch on the pistol grip which would require careful inspection to confirm it is just a scratch (difficult to tell from the photos).
Other than the above it's mint.
