After lusting over these for a very long time i had reason to go to Bisley a few weeks ago. Had a look in the NSRA place and hey ho there it was.
There arnt any dealers anywhere near me with stock i could look at and i couldn't justify the expense of buying unseen but as i was there to buy
a rifle it made sense to have a butchers. So armed with a zero rate card i handled a few different variations and found the eve 10 with med grips
perfect so that was that.
It comes in a cracking lined box with tools, pellets and a spare cylinder, I chose a silver and a blue one so i can tell which is which. I will be using
it to replace my raging TauBrno TAU7 for shooting in the Hendon postal league at 10m which is a fantastic pistol but is just a bit heavy now with
my arthritic joints complaining after about 30 shots.
So far so good. The quality is absolutely fantastic which you would expect from Steyr and my scores are creeping up a tiny bit. Does it stop my
flyers, no. Does it make me shoot loads better, no. Does it bring a smile to my face every time i shoot it, Yep :-) Tim
