    hw 100 power

    is there eny way i can up the power of my hw 100 myself or is it of to hull cartrige ive tryed loads of diferent pellets through it the best being aa feild but even then only 10.5 ft lbs please help thanks karl

    try using daystate ft pellets

    Contact Dave Allen at Hull Cartridge, probably your best bet.
    Out of interest what pellets have you tried?

    ive tryed air arms field 16.4 grain acupell 14.4 grain rws hollow point14.6 grain rws super domes 14.4 grain h+n feild 14.4 grain rws hobby webly laza pell daystate ft the best were aa field for power but sharp droped over any distance h+n field held best groups over 30 yards

    All makers seem to set their new rifles very low, this seem dangerus becouse then somebody might tweek them a tad to high while trying to adjust them correct.

    I have heard maker setting their rifles to a ideal of just 10.00 ft/lbs to be on the safe side.

    I would suggest setting them spot on 11.00 ft/lbs, then they arent to powerless but yet not high enough to run above the legal limit with their optimal pellet...

    thanks to everyone who replied all came up with the same answer now sorted 11.89 ftlbs down to 11.55 depending on pellets thats near enough for me and again thanks karl

    Would appreciate it if whomever pass the info on how to make the adjustment without sending the gun away would consider doing the same for me since I have the same issue. Thanks in advance.
