I use those packing foam kernels; the ones that look like cheese puffs. They are the perfect size to go in the case neck, compress to the thickness of paper when fired and nowadays are made from cellulose so they are bi-degradable. But for black powder I suspect you will need something a bit denser as black powder likes to be compressed.

I use Pufflon in my MH rounds.
I'd endorse the http://www.reloading.org.uk/ link, the owner shoots in my club & knows his MH stuff.

Use 100% cotton wool or kapok

Do NOT use glass wool - it will melt and form an imoveable residue in the barrel.

Only use a natural material, or one that is completely consumed in the flames!

Brug IKKE glasuld - det vil smelte og danne en klæbrig rest i tønden.

Brug kun et naturligt materiale, eller en, der er fuldstændig forbrugt i flammer!

Personally I wouldn't use that type of filler
As suggested use cotton wool or kapok
If you cannot source any kapok pm address and I will send some

Reason I don't like like that type of fillers the martini is a big bottle neck case and that filler can harden up and cause high pressure and even chamber ring
