    Martini Enfield cardridges filling

    Hello All
I am trying this old thing , what do you use to fill up the cardridges , 80 grains powder is just a bit over half full , some recomend cotton wool , but it turns on fire when shooting , not good in dry grass , anyone tryed flour of some kind ?

Martini Enfield .303 or Martini Henry .450 ?? Im guessing the latter if so are you measuring BP by weight or volume ? be careful . Some knowledgeable chaps will be along to advise. or try Google
