In British slang an anorak is a person who has a very strong interest in niche subjects.

I gave up looking at that site ages ago, the prices are well past ridiculous!! (Also hate it since they 'upgraded' it! )

I've now recovered my oratory ability. I paid £35 for one of these about 2 years ago, possibly a bit steep. At that rate of appreciation I may have to consider some safe storage for this fine piece of gunmaking heritage.

Don't be fooled. These Gat's can be quite powerful. For example, when i was young, I tried cocking a Gat by pressing the barrel against the internal wall of my parents old house.

My whole arm, right up to my shoulder, burst through the wall and into my sisters room!!

Show me any other pistol with power like that!!!

You missed the rifle bit in the title. This things like a bazooka compared to the pistol.

    Have you no soul?
I bought mine because of it's little legend box..'Never let your little gun pointed be at anyone.' Priceless!
It's worth the asking price for that alone.

Hi John, now and again something that looks pretty good at a fair price pops up!

    http://www.gunstar.co.uk/weihrauch-m...ir-Guns/649243

Nowt to do with me, but a nice bit of wood for one of these.

(edit...just realised it has no sights!...I'll take that back then....)

It's gone up to £140, either these are appreciating at a weekly rate of a fiver or the sellere seen it getting a lot of views.

I'll let you have mine for £135, but for one week only.

    gat rifle-how much!

After having the misfortune to have had a one of the pistols as my first gun they'd have to pay me £135 to take it away! The only good thing about them is they make everything you own after seem great & very accurate.
