    Lighning XL Trigger

What's the propper way to adjust the lightning trigger? it's too light.

Does anyone have an exploded drawing of the trigger?

A friend of mine had the stock off his Lightning XL and the trigger looks like the Superstar unit(I had my Superstar trigger apart many times) turn the grubscrew clockwise to increase pressure.chambers has Superstar diagrams. I might be wrong about the trigger but it looks identical to me??

    Thank's POK!

    To explain a little.

A friend of my son was looking for an XL. Neill at PARC had a virtual new one for sale. I passed the messge on saying I'd had a go with it and it was "as new".

The lad took my word and asked me to buy it and pass it on via my son. This I did.

Yesterday evening a phone call from my son. The lad had put a pell in and on closing the barrel it fired without him touching the trigger He repeted this three times and all were the same.

This made me feel awkward. I assumed that Niell, being used to a FT trigger, had adjusted it from a heavy to a light, but gone a tad to far.

I'll download the Superstar drawing from Chambers and pass it on.

If the lad isn't happy I could become the owner of an "as new" XL.

P.S My son has a SuperStar. I'll tell him it's the same.

Ray turn the allen screw clockwise half a turn at a time, shoot a shot each time, until you reach required pull weight
