Managed to drop gold on my last shot aaaaaaahhhhhh! Next time Eric, mark my words
Nice PB Chris. Rudy, well done
and for my 2nd attempt ..... as BBS seemed to 'die' just as I clicked on the submit button ...
Hi All
Sorry it’s a tad late, but I hit a guilt thing on the way home and, remembering that he’d arrived back in the UK a week ago after 6 months working in Thailand, thought I’d better pop in and say “Hi” to my nephew Sam, who a few years ago did shoot for Swallows. I wonder if I can persuade him to come ‘back’ for Round 4.
Anyway …. At last, here are the results from today’s great SIHFT competition hosted so splendidly by Horsham Hawks.
Please, as usual, let me know a.s.a.p. (by email or BBS PM) in the highly unlikely event that you spot any errors or omissions.
Wonderful bit of marksmanship from our very own World Champion (well, he had to improve on the unmentionable Round 2 Bronze ) and young Tyhurst; both just 1 point short of earning the 1st Clear Round medal of 2014.

Very close in today's mid-table ‘fight’ for 3rd place, but no holding the Oakies, who stretched their already impressive lead by no fewer than a further 10 points today.
Can’t think of anything else to add ….. other than we’re hoping to see you all (and more) for Round 4 to be held at Swallows FTC in 3 weeks – on the 15th June.
Happy shooting in the meantime ….

Thanks - HORSHAM
Well shot Rudy and Chris and Oaks Team.
Had you on my list as shooting Open Class, when you have quite rightly pointed out that you were (again) sporting a Boinger today. No effect on your score or team placing, but it does, of course, mean you deserve a Gold rather than a Silver gong. Well done
Please don't let me forget to swap one for t'other when you come down to Swallows FTC on the 15th.
Table at post one of this thread suitably amended.

Haven't shot Horsham for a while and had forgot what a lovely ground it is, well thought out course, so many thanks to the course setters, and indeed all that made the day run smoothly, great food( especially the cake) from Chris Burt and Mrs, would like to thank for their company, the always cheerful Kate Gold who did very well and is getting a good grasp of what its all about, and to Chris Roberts for always spuring me on to do a little better than I believe I can, finally the very pleasant surprise of having Simon and Brigitte Vant at our rear, administering the exact right amount of banter and giggling to make the shoot both relaxing and fun, look forward to seeing everyone at Swallows for round 4, Terry Aiken

Looking forward to the next one to try and redeem myself!
Sorry I had to dash off, dear old mother in law is causing chaos plus we ended up charging around after hysterical teenager (not one of ours) in the middle of the night. Does not lend itself to a level headed approach to a superbly set course.
Thanks to Steb for getting me all the way round the course.
Ford will re-emerge triumphant, we have tasted sweet victory and are hungry for more!!(as well as chips)

You come into this world with nothing, go out in debt and you've made a profit
Thanks Horsham , really nice course , well done chris and all the others who got their PB
