HRPC HFT Results 1 of June

Cracking shoot everyone, and as you saw the course was just as good as the weather At least this time that deceptive wind was absent for the better part of the morning, thank god I managed to get the tricky shots out of the way before it started! But thank you for all those that came and helped with the set up and pull down and it was great to be able to chill out after the shoot and have a chat and a laugh

Ohh when I was walking back from the far end down by peg 30, I found a IR ret remote.. Possibly from a MTC did anyone loose one?

The scores and the most important thing of the day, well apart from Ros and his bear story lol

    Name Score Class
    D Dawes 57 O
    R Smith 56 O
    A Boxall 47 O
    T Evans 46 O

    Awesome!!

Yeah it was a awesome stander Dave! 45 yards free standing and dropped it at the first attempt.. Not only did the target drop so did my jaw lol! Needless to say I zipped up my gun bag knowing I would be better of retreating rather than spend the next month trying to replicate the same shot lol

    Aches and PAins

Cracking day out as always. Both Colin and I thought we were on for a good score, for the first 10 pegs. After much discussion we decided to blame the final outcome as being due to our age and various infirmities LOL

Seriously well done to Dave and Rob for their scores, that was a tricky course today and somebody leaving a ladder in front of a target didn't make it any easier (and my new ladder has a few nice shinny marks on it to prove the point).

The ground just changes so much week by week it really is like Narnia. Although I can't say I approve of throwing Pears at Bears it does prove that Ross can hit something when he wants to LOL.

    Roll on teh enxt shoot.
