    ROA cap size

Sorry, having a bit of a senior moment - what's the recommended percussion cap size for the ROA, is it 10 or 11 (Remington)?
    thanks

Original ROA nipples are #11 - however, recently I've been finding out that what used to be #11 are often #10 - CCI caps, that is. See if the dealer will let you try one of each from the same lot before you buy a thousand...

There is something going on in Idaho that is causing all kinds of problems with CCI stuff these days - I wish they'd get it sorted out.

I went to pantiles about 2 months ago looking for RWS 11 Caps, as they seem to work the best for size... But they didnt have any, Went 2 weeks ago and they still didnt have any, theyve usally got plenty of Remington 11's though. Am I right in thinking they also stock BP?

VERY good and hot - ideal for those who use the harder-to-ignite subs.

    Get 'em if you can.

Sorry - duff info on my part then. its certainly more than 2 months since i was last there. He did tell me he was stocking powder, but obviously a phone call before hand might save a wasted journey.

I used to use CCI 11s

Now I use RWS 1075 from Pete Starley or Dyson (whoever is selling them the cheapest !!)
