    Ahoy, hoy!

    Looking to buy my first plinker (for 40 years anyway) so thought I'd join up to see how much has changed/remained the same.

    In ye olden dayes I had a BSA Meteor .22 with scope. Used to shoot targets, mice and rats - my parents had a rambling property with many out-houses and sheds which housed ducks, geese, hens and even a goat. We used to get a lot of vermin back then.

    Just fancy a plink in the back garden these days so will be reading closely.
