I'm getting all excited about this. I keep hinting to the wife that it might be best for me to set off on Thursday evening so as to avoid the heavy Friday traffic.

    Hee hee!!

I've got to work at the MotoGP at Silverstone next weekend....maybe I could sort of divert up the A5 a little and end up in a little village near Nuneaton with a very broken down motor.

Just two things....Mick would most likely freak and Brembo wouldn't receive any love or attention from the Mrs!

    Actually Tone

    It was free entry.

    I took my own drink.

And Crazy Kev was doing the food.

So I got plastered and stuffed for free.

I explained to the wife that I was just in training for the night of the 6th.

Strangely it wasn't as crowded as last year when I'd spread the vicious rumour that my new neighbour ( Cher ) was the headline act.

But no naked, mud wrestling fit young ladies!

Glad you had a fantastic time. Sounds excellent.

Are the springs still on those signs Mick? Go on, gizza piccie!

And is Kev still okay to cater with his excellent food with the lower numbers we're maybe looking at?

    Can't bleeding wait!!!!!

    Joking aside Steve

There are major roadworks on the A5/A444 junction at Fenny Drayton so folks from the north are best to come down the A444 from the M42.

Folks from the South are best to come in from the A5 through the village of Higham on the hill --- I'll put some more springs out for you folks.

We're leaving Thursday, but only because we're driving up in Cyril and he likes 50mph!

We plan to overnight somewhere near Bristol and pick Andy up early doors Friday and be there for lunchtime.

    Potentially bad news!

Well, I suppose it depends on your own personal viewpoint......
But it's been four weeks since littluns surgery and we kinda hoped she'd be further on than this. She's still in huge pain, much more than anticipated, and with a week and a half to go we've just discussed whether we can risk someone else look after her who maybe doesn't know her ways like us if she hasn't improved significantly.

Theres still a while to go, but I'm gutted in readiness.

Is there a cut of point at which you can say yes please? I wanted to come up last year but was too busy, unfortunately being self-employed I won't know until the Monday of that week whether I'd be able to make it.
    Thanks,
    Jamie.

That is bad news. I wish her well and hope she improves soon.

Sorry to hear that Nick but family must come first and I hope your little girl makes a speedy recovery.
