I'm looking for more information on these 3 disciplines.
I have some people at the gunclub who like to be coached in these disciplines.
I'm an allround coach pistol-rifle, but as these disciplines are about non-existing in Holland, we didnt get much info about them
I know there's info on the net.
Any coaches here in these disciplines? Or very experienced shooters in these disciplines?

I meant 5 shot 10m rapidfire airpistol. But I guess many techniques will be similar.
I'm looking for the differences in techniques for 10m AP and duel AP
So I can coach my pupils duel pistol too
