I normally shoot sporting clays, but have been toying with the idea of getting an airgun for both target shooting and a bit of bunny bashing if I can get some land

One of the closest clubs to you is Lea Valley AGC, near Hertford, where they shoot airguns in a variety of ways, including my personal favourite, Hunter Field Target (one Saturday each month). Might be a good starting point for you.
