BSA vs Buffalo River gun bags?

Are these the same product or different?

If the latter, which are recommended?

    Or are they both poo?

    What is Garland's stuff like?

Or do you just need to pay a ton for something decent?

Buffalo river is most popular but quality is poor.
Bsa are good and well finished.
Wouldnt touch garlands if their bags are anything like their other own brand products.

Bit of a step up but you could look at aim.

    gunbags

I own a couple of each and have not had a problem with any of them. The buffalo river bags have not enough space for a large scope though, but are ideal for a springer and small scope (4 x 40) whereas the bsa tactical bags are good for my hft rifles

I've had a BSA 48" Black Tactical Case / Mat for about 10 months now, only use it as a case. The zip is always jamming on the lining/padding. About 6" of the outer fabric has pulled away from the stitching at the zip edge.

Its not quality or well designed.

I have Allen Euro oversize cases for my powder burners, much better than both brands that you have mentioned, and not stupid prices.

The big BSA bag that doubles as a mat is poor and as said by MTA123 the lining is constantly fouling the zip.
The BSA backpack designed ones are very good though, good quality and lots of pockets.
I'd imagine that they're made by a different company but all branded BSA.

    Thanks a lot.

Check out the Ridgeline bags from Highland outdoors. I have two and no complaints here.
Other than that I have the semi hard case from BSA it is spot on and five years later still good.

The more expensive ones are usually better but find the B-River ones fine they can be snug with a large scope,i can fit an LGV Ultra with MTC Genesis no problem.

Too right ! I've been using one for years. It's been the permanent home of my 300s for about 15 years and still going strong. It didn't cost much either
