I met Tony a couple of times - once at the midland game fair at Weston Park where we were having a chat about bullpupped Daystate Mk3s - he was doing one as a project and we had one of the A models shoehorned into a modified CR92 stock.

    A true gent.

I still have a MK3 with a stock he made! He had a few tales to tell. He took me on one of his shoots one day and was aghast when I turned up in a nice red gilet! The air was blue! Fortunately I had a camo jacket in the car. Still didn't get a rabbit!

    RIP Tony

I met Tony once or twice and he was one of the good guys with a keen, if vulgar sense of humour... I wonder how his daughter is doing now. She must be of University age, I hope she has done well for herself.

    Cheers
    Alex
