In sympathy with a certain beardy's demise, I have put my feet up to rest.
Made in-roads into a wedge of piquant danish blue and onion crackers, washed down with lashings of Strongbow, followed with oven-roasted hoisin ribs, more cider, then tutti-frutti ice cream and mandarins.
Beardy should bust his toe more often methinks.

A Chinese takeaway and a glass or two of the fermented apple have soothed my pain. I am now off to the soothing bliss of Mrs C snoring me to well earned rest.

But you need to try harder if you're to keep the likes of Charles and boy Rudy at bay.

Two doughnuts for me today. Only one more than I managed at Buxted last week. Just a shame that the other difference twixt this week and last was 13 points
