    AA MPR Biathlon

Have a chance to buy an MPR Biathlon this coming weekend from a club member. I haven't
seen any of these rifles for sale in the used market and wondered if anyone here could give
me a clue as to what to expect a fair price to be. As I understand it is an older single shot
model in excellent condition and completely bolt standard.

    Any help appreciated.

I have the Precision version and love it. It might not suit if you're hunting as the stock is very light [literally white wood and weight] Otherwise a nice gun. They're around £850 new so a fair price 600 to £700. Even though they're based on the S400 the barrel bands are different. Nearly everything is adjustable even the plastic trigger blade, all be it hardened plastic it's still plastic. Mine hasn't been modified in anyway as I don't see the point at 10m but I will be getting a metal trigger blade as I hate the plastic one.

You're right the rifles don't appear in the used market, unlike the MPR FT versions, which could be a good sign. Mine is very accurate over 10m
