Vortex Dimondback may be worth a looky.., dibatably better glass, maybe a little cheaper & defiantly better warranty...,

    Look here:

But order from XTX on here.., Darrin is increadable service very helpful

Failing that I'd buy a Nikon
"corners should be round" Theo Evo .22/.177 - Meopta 6x42, DS huntsman classic .20 vortex razor LH 3-15x42 under supervised boingrati tuning by Tony L & Tinbum, HW77 forest green - Nikon prostaff 2-7x32 plex.

    Good advice

I was recently looking at the same two scopes

However, I ended up buying the new Vortex 3-12x42 HP side foucus model, and to date I have no complaints at all. I was also told by the owner of my local gunshop that, one of his customers used to be a salesman for Nikon, and that it was his opinion that the Vortex range of optics were better than Nikons,

The prostaffs for low light every time....but right now I have the mamba light on my lamping rig. I like both scopes.

If specifically for low light then it should be the prostaff.

    Thanks

That is some recommendation ..! Out of the two get a Prostaff fella, More than you will ever need on a HW100.
