AA S410 Safety Catch Problems
Anybody else had problems with the grubscrew working loose and falling out taking with it the small spring and tiny ball-bearing.
I know with a bit of hindsight a bit of locktyte would have done the job

Yup, happened to me,
couldn't be bothered getting it sorted under warranty(£18+) postage! to send it back!! (tight git 'aint I!)
BAR ordered the screw, spring and ball for me from AA, 'bout £6-7 I think it was!!
And yep a drop of blue loctite
Sorted.
Cheers.
Roy.
If it moves.....shoot it!..If it don't move.....shoot it in case it tries to!!!
Light travels faster than sound....this is why I appear bright until you hear me speak!!!
It is prolly easier and cheaper to do it that way, I have mailed AA to ask them to send me the bits FOC, it must be happening to them all, shame as it's an otherwise great rifle.Originally Posted by Retracted_Yeti
